Requirements to Get the Service

·         Recent passport size photo

·         Completing visa requesting form

·         Passport valid for at least six month

·         Note Verbal (From the foreign Ministry, Embassy, International or Local Organization of the country where the visa request is made

Steps to get the service

1.    Present the letter to consul general

2.    The letter will be forwarded to registrar office

3.    Finance office will present it to registrar to check on the registration

4.    Consul general fills on the form the duration of stay requested by the applicant

5.    Present the form to the receptionist

6.    The form is checked for authentication

7.    At the finance office, documents for provision of service is prepared
