• A copy of the applicant’s ID
• If represented by someone else, a copy of the power of attorney of the person
• The applicant’s/representative’s recent passport size photo
• If it is a business organization,  a copy of memorandum and articles of association
• If it is a share company,

·         Proof of bank deposit of 25% of the total share value

·         Proof of contribution in kind if any

·         Sample of share type

• If it is a governmental development organization, article of establishment and a letter from the general manager
  

Steps to get the service 

1. Fill out service request form from trade license office
2. At the trade license office, the forms are authenticated
3. Required amount of fee is paid at that office
4. The form is sent to registration expert
5. Registration expert will give number at the registrar office
6. The applicant presents 2 passport size photos to the registrar and receives trade license certification
