This portal contains information, forms and other resources of the government. It also allows you to interact with your government and other citizens. It contains the following sections:

• Target user pages: These pages contain information and resources filtered to a particular target user group.
• About the Government menu: contains selected information about the government.
• About Ethiopia menu: contains selected information about Ethiopia.
• Services menu: takes you to the services page, which contains the list of services delivered by the government and the actual steps and requirements that should be fulfilled to get the services.
• Forms menu: takes you to the forms page, which contains downloadable government forms.
• Documents menu: takes you to the Documents page, which contains government documents.
• Multimedia menu: takes you to the page that contains audio files, video files and photo galleries.
• Participate and Interact menu: takes you to the eParticipation page, which contains interaction and collaboration features available in the portal.
• Government News: contain news and updates from government ministries
• Citizens section in the middle of the page contains services delivered by the government grouped by topic.
• Government, Business, Foreigners and NGOs tabs – provide featured services selected for the specified user groups.
• News and Updates on the right section contains government news, links and archives from different official sources.
• Government portals section on the right side contains the list of government portals and websites.
• The search feature in the header of the page allows you to search for any kind of content in the portal.
