Requirements to get the service

1. Any Government Organ seeking this service may request it through a formal letter addressed to International law and Consular Affairs Directorate General, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
2. International law and Consular Affairs Directorate General will then look into the issue and pass a recommendation based on its findings.
